The lady that was on my case “doesn’t work on summer” so I come back months later and no updates on my case, the file was not even touched, no one ever transferred my case, they never replied to emails or phone. Very upsetting.

My experience was great. Didn’t have a single negative experience or negative perception of how the staff were handling business. Kerra is who I had and she was phenomenal. Was able to explain and answer my questions in addition to just being personable. Nothing short of outstanding for me.

The worst. The woman running the front dest will not only have an attitude with you but she also talks to you like your a child. They lose your W2s. Would definitely not recommend!

Writing this review based on services received 11/10/2023.Mrs. Tulley made my h&r block experience the best! Mrs. Tulley is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed the time spent there and I will definitely return.

We gave paperwork to have a form filled out that was requested by IRS 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. Worst part is if you call the office you have to leave a message for them to call you...hahaha

Got my taxes done back in February. Cost me $400 just for the lady to do my taxes even tho I already had all the info figured up. She just had to put the numbers in. All I can say is I won’t be back.

I like the ability to be face to face with the tax preparer. I was impressed with Martha's ability to quickly complete my returns, found ways to improve and correct a withholding mistake. She was awesome and I left the office feeling she did everything possible to get as much back as possible.
