I love all the staff at this pharmacy they have always been really nice especially the pharmacist. They have all went out of their way to help me and have always made sure I had enough of my meds to get by if they didn't have the whole prescription. I would highly recommend this location if you need a fast and clean pharmacy with a nice crowd.

If I could give this pharmacy less than 1 star I would. My refill was delayed a week because the staff was faxing the authorization request to the wrong doctor's office. After I found out the what the issue was I called the pharmacy and confirmed the correct information then promptly received a text that afternoon that the doctor did not authorize the request. My doctor never received any request. They were still faxing it to the wrong doctor. My doctor finally reached out to the pharmacy to get the situation resolved, but when the prescription STILL wasn't refilled I called the pharmacy again to find out the delay. The first woman I spoke to hung up on me. When I called back and spoke to the pharmacist he immediately started talking over me. I was astonished at the rude arrogance considering they were completely at fault for the error.

The customer service was terrible—rude, unresponsive. When I arrived at the drive-through, they were chatting with a customer outside. They entered the pharmacy, and I still needed to press the button, explain my situation, and send the money. I got my medication, but I never heard back from them. I'm usually asked whether I have any questions/concerns or good day.

Best decision I've made in a while was leaving Walgreens (now Rite Aid) pharmacy and bringing my meds to HT. The nicest group of people work here. (minus 1 female who is always in a rush, not very friendly) The pharmacists actually care about the needs of their customers. Refills from doctors very fast and fast fills after a faxed over request. The reason I give 5 stars is because collectively they are so amazing above any other pharmacy I've used I overlook the negative Nancy that I only deal with on occasion. You won't regret changing to this pharmacy group!!

I have been using HT Pharmacy for years now. They staff is extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I recently had an upset with my insurance company and the managers of the pharmacy, Brooke and Jennifer were wonderful. I highly recommend.

Everything is perfect about this HT except for the woman that makes subs. She really needs to find a different job that doesn't make her seem so miserable acting. I honestly try to avoid her when I'm there. I will not buy subs or whatever she makes when she's there.

The absolute worst around. Rude, unresponsive, uncaring. I’ve tried several times to ask for help for them and they’re always above it. Go to Realo, I finally found them after a horrible experience with HT.

The worst in the area. They are slow to respond, they won't work with you if you need help, they're rude minus a few people. The pharmacists are stuck in their ways and won't discuss alternative treatment options, and they carry ineffective generic brands (when approached about fixing it, "it's just the brand"). Find another pharmacy.
