I've been going here for years, and they do me the favor of ordering a special couple cartons of cigarettes for me. It's never been an issue, today I ask to just get a few packs but was told she was unable to do that. It was annoying as I've been a long time customer and it was a relatively small ask.

The employees are nice enough, however the selection of products is extremely limited, everything is cramped and they have blocked off the bathrooms and slapped an "Employees Only" sign on them so if you need to relieve yourself, you'll have to find another establishment.

Asked Carrie for her help on scratchers for my husbands bday. I said he wanted two $10 or a $20.She starts rippin $5 ones.I said again what he wanted... she said well let him know I helped pick. I said uh, just make them all the same. Didn’t even look. Get home and it’s two different sets of $5 ones.Annnd he’s now upset ?Gee thanks
