Was the BEST customer service I have had in a long time. I brought my Mom in law there to be fitted for new shoes, but because of her mobility issues, they came out to the car and parking lot to help her. Amazing help! Thank you!

Coastal Sole was wonderful! I was greeted as soon as I entered and offered the option to browse or to have assistance picking out a shoe for my needs. My feet were sized, my gait and instep checked, and then multiple shoe options were brought out for me to test. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy, and the offer of a two week return to exchange the shoes if I decided that they weren't the right shoes for me was a bonus. I will definitely be shopping at Coastal Sole for more shoes, very soon!

Hands down the best shoe store I’ve ever been in! With a strong emphasis on providing the best customer service and providing high-quality products, I can’t recommend them enough. Can’t wait to see their new location. Love my Altras, ASICS, and my new On Cloudsurfers. Best shoes I’ve owned.
