I live just around corner from this Prime Storage facility on Neuse Blvd. I failed when it came to choosing due to convenience. I only needed storage for three months. I give myself a 1 for not comparing places , nor reading (or forgetting) a 30 day notice to move. Soooo. They charged me $110 dollars for the next month. My advice to everyone:
1) compare storage companies
2) ask about move out date and notice of moving requirements
3) see if fees are set( mine went up within 90 day period, geez
3) Always check out location for ease of entry and exit.
4) check inside unit beforehand really well (I experienced ceiling insulation problems)

Very clean not too much room, but I did perfect for what I had never had a problem was getting into the facilities. Excellent service I will recommend to anyone.

I just had the most best experience at Prime Storage on Neuse. I popped into the office to ask for a password change. Done. Then I let Danielle know I had two complaints. She took notes, she asked questions. She clarified. I told her she could call me with the resolutions. She called the next day with the game plan. I am so very happy with their customer service. Thanks Danielle for helping with my issues!!

She was friendly, efficient, and went out of her way to make sure I found the perfect unit. Sam and his partner were great, it was her first month there and I must say she did a very good job. Their nice smiles and warm welcome made me feel more than comfortable leaving my valuables in storage. Thank you guys again. Stop here and get your storage today. They also gave me the first month for free which was a plus.
