John never mentioned his method of payment and when i arrived after looking at the bumper we put the bumper in my car. i said i had 100.00 in cash and i wanted to pay to the other 200. on my cc. he said if i want to use my card i had to pay
The whole $300 on it and then he was going to charge me sales tax and interest and it was gonna cost me $400 instead of 300 After i said i didn’t want to pay 400.00 he open my car and took my bumper out and put it on the ground and started acting crazy saying if i can’t pay he will keep the bumper till i have the cash. then said the job he did should’ve cost me $700 but he was giving me a deal !!
I was afraid and scared by his actions and how he went from being so nice to being so crazy! I called my son to get cash to bring it so that I could get my bumper and leave. the police ended up having to come and stay till the situation was under control. i could have pressed charges but i didn’t, i just wanted to leave i was scared and the energy was not good!
he was a very nice guy at first who met me to get the right color for my bumper. he texted me it was ready and i arrived at his shop looked at the bumper and he did a good job, however i would not recommend him for his treatment of others was just wrong and no reason for that all to have happened. if someone has an expectation of payment they should let a person know before they even agree to do the job if you want cash you need to tell people that! so they are prepared. Not accuse your customers of not having money to pay!!

Its been at least ten years since I have been in an accident that required a repair and I had absolutely no clue how the process works now. Fortunately, John Carraway walked me through the process. Throughout the repair time frame, he kept me updated. I do not normally give reviews but this business truly deserves this review. Fantastic body repair shop!!!

Carraway Collision is one of the best body shops I have been to Mr. John was very personal and very nice did a great job on my 2008 Honda Odyssey. If I ever have any problems any I will use him so if you have any auto body problem call him.
