Went looking for magazines and publications on drumming. Their magizine section is about 1/4 of what it used to be. No magizines on drumming. Their musical instrument section was "mostly" guitar - nothing on drums. Their section on musical instruments was pitiful. Books-A-Million is not what it used to be 10 years ago.

While the floor associate was super helpful, the register associates need a lesson in customer service. It does not take two people twm minutes to figure out an online order while I and another customer waited a good five minutes before a younger associate helped. Do better.

Wonderful atmosphere and clean. Could use faster registers but that's not on the employees there machines just seem outdated.

Highly upset that I couldn't find ANY of the urban African American authors that I absolutely love and used to purchase from this store. Very disturbing to say the least as I love to read and finally reached the last of my 30 new books and needed to re-stock...only to walk around this store for 35 minutes to find absolutely nothing I was looking for.

This place has become a homeless hangout. Homeless people are like cats. You feed them a dollar once. And they won’t leave.
