“My 2010 Prius was hit late one night. The bumper was dragging on the ground. Caliber Collision (and USAA) took care of me. They were accurate in the amount of time it would take to repair. They kept me informed throughout the week and even called on a Friday afternoon to update me on when I could expect it. When I picked my Prius up it was washed, waxed and the interior was spotless.
