“Such a wonderful and helpful staff. I've been trying to find a shop that can help put my car back on the road quickly. I called Caliber Collision and spoke with Robert he explained the whole process with insurance and the repairs. I sent over my estimate and he reviewed it with me going over everything and answered all of my questions. I was able to have my vehicle towed into the shop and they had me back on the road before some other shops said they could even start looking at my car. “After getting the runaround for months from my previous insurance adjuster with USAA, trying to claim that paint peeling away was rock chip damage and they would not honor their workmanship claim. I just decided to bestow upon myself and go to multiple different USAA star facilities, and get ulterior opinions. I was lucky enough to come in contact with Laura the facilities USAA representative . Who swiftly jumped into action and took photos and escalated my issue to people that know what they’re doing and can actually handle such an issue. Laura was great to work with in the couple minutes we spoke and completely acknowledged th frustration I was having over this ordeal. I am looking forward to seeing the outcome she can provide and she deserves 5 stars regardless if USAA still wants to do typical insurance company things and attempt to brush it off and give you the paying consumer the run around for work you’re absolutely entitled to.”
