The staff were too busy talking to help anyone with anything and when I asked a question they acted like I was out of line for interrupting their conversation. I don't like this location and that is too bad. I lost nothing in there and thus have absolutely no reason to go back in there except the item I bought failed within the first 30 minutes of use. I guess I will have to go back to return the junk they sold me. I'm very disappointed because I have always had good experiences at Harbor Freight. I guess the management at this one doesn't really care about their customers experience of the store. Seriously, I was shocked at the level of indifference of the staff. Well, they weren't exactly indifferent. As I said, they cared about one thing which was the conversation they were engaged in with each other was interrupted and that obviously was not to their liking. I expect this low quality of people at Wal Mart, McDonald's, etc...but Harbor Freight? Just terrible management, any employee problem is always a management problem in my eyes.

Cute shop I guess but wow was the crew working there awful! Some young girls who never acknowledged our presence. The one behind the counter glared at me like I was a bother. Left there without buying a thing! Get a clue girl! You are supposed to make your customers feel WELCOME!

They have great items at affordable prices. Pocketbooks, wallets, luggage, silverware, ties, honey, tea towels, lamps, desks, benches!!! And the way it is arranged around the store is just a delight of sights. You have to come in person and see it. I will be back for sure.

This was a cute home goods store. They had mostly homey decorative items but they did sell many handbags, purses, wallets, etc. A wide variety of decor for many different themes/aesthetics of houses are sold here. It’s pretty spacious and you can definitely find some hidden gems, but they aren’t out in the open. Look in places that aren’t big and on display to find the good things!

Talk about taking advantage of your space!! This building looks small from the outside. However, the store is bigger on the inside than it appears to be. Little balconies with furniture have staircases leading up to them. It is like having two smaller second floors! On the ground level, there is a door in the back leading to another room filled with merchandise. This building definitely nailed the looks. As for the actual merchandise, this building has a variety! There are small pieces of furniture, like chairs, dressers, and small tables. There are also useful, and sometimes funny, accessories for the house. One of my favorite things for sale was a kitchen towel that said, "Alexa, Skip to Friday." The store in general is a very cute little place to stop at. You should definitely stop here!

Love shopping at Blue Magnolia. There are both unique and traditional home decor items as well as lovely shawls, jewelry and handbags. Beautiful driftwood pieces and baskets to display in your home. I never have a problem selecting just the perfect gifts for friends. So glad Blue Magnolia is part of our New Bern shopping scene. The owner and sales associates are so helpful and pleasant.
