I have done business with Mr. Gorges since about 1985 and we have traded hundreds of items over the decades. For 40 years. IMHO, he is the best and once of the most knowledgeable vendors of historical US militaria in the Country, from before the Revolution through WWII. Mr. Gorges has really helped me with my collection of items relating to Black US CW troops, and has allowed me to be the caretaker for many of those historical items. Mr. Gorges is free with his knowledge and I believe him to be scrupulously honest in all of our many dealing. The Best.

Will Gorges is an experienced, knowledgeable and upfront dealer. I have purchased from Will many items from different time periods. Will will openly share the pros and cons of any particular item with you. If he does not have the item you want he will use his vast experienced dealer resource connections to find what you want. Will's personal communications with customers are honest and complete. His inventory is vast, but as indicated, he will work with you to find what you want if he does not have that particular item.His communication with me has always been upfront and responsive. Excellent dealer, very professional, has been in the business a long time. I have bought two items from him now with no issues. Just ignore the crowd who thinks because you sell so and so items you have to agree with the ideology of the country that made it. I have sold Roman Coins, that does does not make me Pagan, Autocratic or a supporter of torture. Simply apply that logic to Will Gorges.
