“My car was in an accident recently. I chose Caliber Collision repair for estimates, etc.
Before I went my insurance lady saw that I was going to Caliber and told me they were awesome. She said the customer service was unbelievable.
She was100% right. The customer service is unreal. Very customer oriented. They heard me on the phone trying to figure out a rental. When I hung up they had already made contact with Enterprise and Enterprise was bringing me my car. Who does that anymore?!
My car had an initial inspection and an estimate was being written up within a half an hour after my arrival.
My friend told me she was impressed at the repair work they did on her car.

I’m confident in their technicians work since they’ve kept our Subaru running like brand new! We even test drove a couple vehicles while we waited and their salesman exemplified the Subaru experience we are familiar with. He was so patient with us looking into a couple different models. Even though we hadn’t decided yet, he let us drive both without any pressure. We will definitely be keeping Riverside in mind for our next car purchase - hopefully a Legacy before they’re gone! And we’ll be happy to get all of our servicing done here where we can trust the advisors and technicians to treat our car like their own!”

“Last week I started looking a new truck to purchase. I looked around at many dealers comparing prices and finding out who had the best customer service. As a resident of New Bern I wanted to stay local with my business. So one night I decided to drive over to Trent and see the options they had. While I was looking around Mike Pecha approached me and very professionally helped guide me into the direction of the truck I wanted. “Had to stop in after going to their competitors AZ with my daughter for a battery for her car. First time for her glad, ADVANCE Auto was right on time to show her that getting her own parts was easy. And sometimes they install it for you. Ok back story went To AutoZzzz first they dropped the ball so gad to drive over to Advance Auto before selling the battery Advance Auto wanted to check and make sure everything was running properly to make sure the problem was the battery. After checking the alternator and seeing it was good we went ahead and brought a battery which they installed for her. Her first time at an auto parts store glad the second stopped was a good one. “Great place, Mr. Bud has never let me down and has come though on hard to find or even obsolete parts more times than I can count. Mr. Bud is always going and runs the counter he's always wearing a smile and hoping everyone has a good day. Truly makes you feel like you walked into the right place. Yes the prices can be a little higher but I've tried going to other places for cheaper parts and have always been let down. There are some delays on occasion but the parts are always right and always in good usable condition. If they are damaged I'm aware of it before the part is ordered so i know what I'm dealing with and not surprised.”

When Daniel asked for part we needed he said find it yourself. That behavior is not what I expect as a customer from a manager.”
