Upon entering the store we were treated with the utmost respect from Victor Nieves the salesman. Victor helped us with much patience helping us to get the best deals for our moneyWhen my husband and I say we got more than we ever expected that is no understatement. I normally do not write about experience in stores but this was worth testifying. Thanks to Victor and the man which may have been the manager helped out and made our experience more rewarding”
“We bought our home almost two years ago. One by one, the inherited appliances that came with the house stopped working. We have been to Tidewater appliances several times for the simple reasons that their prices are very competitive with the box stores and their delivery and installation are professional and efficient. The latest trip was for a dishwasher. The dishwasher was delivered as promised. Unfortunately, for whatever reason a white one was delivered instead of the stainless steel model. Not to worry. Within minutes a nice woman named Rory was on the phone with me. They had a stainless steel model in stock but it was one level higher model than we ordered. She waived the extra cost and delivered the upgraded model within an hour. No extra cost or fees of any kind. What more can you ask of a supplier? This is service above and beyond. I would recommend Tidewater to anyone.”
