From setting a time for me to look at a potential property to keeping me completely in the loop of everything in between. I never once felt as if I was being given a run around! They are also very quick to have anything repaired that needs it. I had a plumbing issue arise and they were immediately having the right crews out to the house!”

“Bearfoot landing is a great place to live. Maintenance and management are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you have an issue, they will do their best to resolve it. The grounds are clean and well maintained and the tenants are respectful and seem to follow suit. Overall, a nice, peaceful landing spot.”
