I’ve had nothing but ongoing issues with mail and package deliveries to my home. Our letter carrier, young lady with brown hair who refused to give me her name on several occasions is very unprofessional and even during one combat with her, got nasty with me saying “we know who you are. We know your address and the calls you’ve made! Call again. We don’t care” . And when you go to the Nebo post office and speak with the supervisor, whose name I can’t recall, black lady..responds as if I’m the problem and doesn’t seem to give two s#|ts. Most recent example was today , was supposed to have package delivered today. Im subscribed to informed mail service so I get texts on all shipments via USPS. I got a text that says “out for delivery” this morning. Then, after getting home this evening, no package was delivered. Then, literally at that same time upon getting home, I get a text stating “held at post office at customer request”?!?!
I NEVER REQUESTED MY PACKAGE BE HELD AT THE POST OFFICE! That’s a bold face lie!! This is not the first time they’ve made it sound as if i requested my package be held! Today’s package was a baseball hat! Easily placed inside my mailbox! But, now I have to wait till I can go to that god awful Nebo post office and get what should have been delivered to my home! I will be calling their regional office again and file a complaint with the post master general office…again!

Worst post office I've ever had to use. Once a year, I go in and ask them to change the address of people who previously lived at my house before I moved in, because I keep getting their mail. It's been 6 years and I'm still getting mail in other people's name. "Why don't you just throw it away?" Excuse me, why don't you just stop sending me their mail? How hard is it to realize that only one person currently gets mail to that address for the past 6 years, and it's me? Just stop. I'm taking my complaints to the courthouse next time it happens.

Terrible post office. I asked to speak to the postmaster about not receiving my delivery. I was told the trucks are small. If the package is bigger than what they can handle at the front desk it will need to be picked up at the post office. I asked why then do they accept over sized boxes from Amazon? If someone is paying shipping to be delivered at their home than I would think that is where it should go. I don’t think I should drive 25 minutes for most of my Amazon packages.I’m going to do everything I can to talk to someone at Amazon. They should be made aware that the USPS in Nebo, NC has no intention to make deliveries of over sized boxes. Those need to go UPS or Fed Ex. This is a perfect example why the post office struggles. I thought it was the postmasters job to make sure packages get delivered? Nebo Post office is the worst for putting mail in different boxes. I've had people all over bringing me my mail.

Nebo Post Office has to have the worse mail carries ever. I have had this locker and mail box for about 2 years now and they still refuse to take the time to use it. We put it at the road so they didn't have to come in contact with our dog. Trying to keep them safe and they don't even have the will power to get out of their vehicle and place a package in the locker. I have to continue to go to the post office due to their laziness. When i asked today why they arent using it the answer was rude and sarcastic. They need better help.

I had a package that could not be found. Robert the post master went above and beyond trying to find my package. He kept me informed of what was going on and he eventually did find my package. So I just want to say thank for all that he did. I also want to include the staff that also helped

Quick and friendly service never had any issues with any of the crew , always greet you with a smile and happy to help and answer any questions and as many questions you may have....much better than the marion post office thats for certain!

The laziest group of people I've ever seen in my life can't deliver on time or to right address can't even pick a package up their when they don't deliver cause their to lazy to go to the back room to get it guess you can't expect much from government workers
