The owners are very prompt to respond to any needs or questions you may have. they are always available to talkw with. The facility has a security gate and cameras which is a huge factor in storage facilities.

Really good prices. Our stuff got a little smelly but that was to be expected. Next time I put something in storage I'm going to throw around some mothballs. Friendly tip for people who need to use the storage.

GREAT PRICES!!! I got a large, comfortably laid out space for half what I would pay in Asheville. I can find everything and nothing is falling over! I'm so pleased with the politeness and rapid service of the owners.☆☆☆I would give 6 stars if possible.☆☆☆

Too bad the storage units 'Nebo Space Center' in McDowell County doesn't have a Facebook page for me to leave this review, but I will leave it on my page and their Google review page, so my friends and family can be better informed to enable them to make better decisions when they are in need of a storage unit.Do not trust this facility to keep your storage unit secure. We rented two units and thought we were fairly safe because they lock the place down in the late evening and at nighttime. Well we got a call this morning from someone that only gave us their first name, telling us one of the units had the lock cut off of the door. Unbeknownst to us they have not been locking their entrance gate at night due to the gate lock being broken and they obviously failed to notify their customers because we were totally unaware.We filed a police report on the multiple tools and items stolen but the McDowell County Sheriff's Office really doesn't seem like our broken into storage unit and theft is any more of a big deal than the storage facility owner. The storage facility evidently has no security cameras, they have no kind of compensation insurance and now no locking gates. And our County's law enforcement really offers us no kind of help in any kind of resolution to the theft other than to make a report.
