Wife went into to purchase a vehicle (check in hand) and when she asked the salesman about the car we were interested in he acted like she was bothering him. He wasn't busy because there was no one else there. Oh well.

Brought a 2010 Lexus ES 350 2021 same day they wreck the front end of the car the following month transmission went out. Travis is refusing to fixed the damages that he done to car but says I have to pay for a rental if he chooses to fix the car which is the damage he done. Went a whole month getting the car bk supposed to been fixed by a mechanic he had and bumper still not fixed it’s hanging no brackets paint chipping but refusing to repair the damages to the car. I would not refer people to them bc that’s not how you treat your customers or conduct a business. Either they are going to fix the damages and pay for a rental or I will be filing court papers to take them to court. Would I refer anyone no my advice save your money and go where your treated fair as a paying customer.

Brian & Travis sells good used cars that look like they came off the showroom floor , a minister from my church, my wife & I all bought cars from there & nobody havent had to do anything but put gas in it and drive ,$@lute$$$ !! Nashville Auto Mart thanks again
