Family was visiting OBX for a week and I dropped in for classes with my son. My son is 7 and competes in tournaments, so he normally rolls with kids a few years older than him. They let him skip the little samurai class and just do the junior warriors which was perfect for him - rolling with 10-12 year olds. Kids class was organized, straight forward, and the kids were well behaved (unlike other gyms we have visited). Adult class had solid instruction and everyone was welcoming and good vibes. Rolls went after class was scheduled to end, until everyone was done, so that was a bonus. Will definitely return when we are back in town.

Probably a great place if you're a child wanting to learn jiu-jitsu, if you're a tourist looking for a gym to workout in, it's not the place for you.1 star for not having an office phone that's occupied during operating hours and having cell phone numbers listed on the site.

Excellent staff, convenient location, top notch facility, and spirited training with safe members made this Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu a must-visit for anyone looking to roll while in OBX. Full marks, all the way.

This place is amazing. The workouts are always challenging. The members are all so encouraging. The trainers make the workouts fun and we never do the same workout twice- or not since I’ve been there. They are also super helpful with guidance on moves I’m not familiar with and finding what weight I need to be lifting. It’s truly been a great experience so far. The vibe is way more than just a gym and I’m so glad I found this gem of a gym!

Did a drop in juijitsu nogi class while on vacation and it was a great experience. Instructor and students were very welcoming and I had a great time!

This place is great! My daughter who is only 5 does jiu jitsu with them and they work extremely well with her. Great atmosphere for workouts as well.

I was visiting on vacation and the group was very welcoming. They taught very good technique that I was able to absorb and remember. A great place to train.
