Quite the selection compared to the ace where I used to live and the service is top notch. Couldn't tell if they wanted to help or thought that I was trying to steal something but they were definitely on me like white on rice but with a smile and ready to help with any questions I could have had

Nice store in Nags Head! Mike had been looking for weather stripping and they had some! BTW, the bathrooms are very clean ladies!

We stopped in to get a propane refill and ended up buying wood and lighter fluid there for a campfire on the beach. The store was a few bucks more than at home; however, I didn't think it was out of line for a shore location. The people were friendly and helpful. They even carried the propane tank to the car for me.

My quest was for a garden watering vessel with spray spout. I found one that worked, but the opening for water is less convenient than I had wished for. It was economical because it was black plastic and bore the ACE logo in the side of the container.

Using my printed coupons that they sent me and the digital coupons, I made 2 purchases at a great price. I found what I needed and the cashiers were very friendly when paying.

These people are always so helpful. I went in for something, and they didn't have it, so the lady went online and checked numerous other places for the item I was looking for but couldn't find it anywhere. No many, if any place would do this for their customers.

Management is very horrible here, “coco” and “Courtney” do not know how to run the store, they are rude to their employees and do not act professional. please hire new managers it will benefit the store and bring more employees in to work.

Went in to find very specific hardware and the guy helped me and he found the right one out of hundreds of machine screws. Very nice of him. Friendly store staff.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. In an area where there are two big box hardware stores, Ace is one (non-big box) place that has competitive prices and friendly service and is focused on hardware.
