Well Wallgreens has been very poor and actually closing or making smaller stores in Florida.
Needed a pharmacy bad for heart medication. They did not answer rhe phone so I drove 45 minutes.... avoiding 12 noon for lunch break.
Seems all 5 people take lunch at the same time..... eight as I arrived?at 1:30???
Then schooled me on how they have to eat.
Walgreens app now deleted from my phone.... they are dead to me.

Getting some prescriptions is awful. Especially pain medications. I had neck surgery and had nothing but hassles getting them filled!

Of the 4 pharmacies we have used in Murphy (Walmart, Kings and Ingles) and now Walgreens, Walgreens is by far the worst. I don't have any issues with the pharmacy staff, they're just overworked and understaffed, it's usuallythe automated phone system.

Worst pharmacy ever. Drop something off. Go to counter and ask after 30 minutes. They just walk off. They don't answer the phone. Ridiculous

I have not gone to this pharmacy in awhile but sad to say the same condescending male pharmacist is still there. Judgemental if you take pain medicine and they never listen. 3 times I gave them my updated info but when they ran out of my one medication on the weekend he called my old non working number and even argued with me. Walgreens treat your customers with respect.

Most unprofessional people ever! Rude! Say your prescription is ready 2 days prior to when you go pick it up and when you get there. You are told no we don't have anything ready for you!! This is bad business!!

The absolute worst. Hands down. Switched to a pharmacy close by and such a big difference! They actually care about their customers.

Took my 89 yo mom to pick up her rx. She waited in a line several people long. Someone walked up just as it was Mom's turn. Instead of taking Mom, the lady technician (not pharmacist) took the newcomer who was much younger and probably able to stand longer. We didn't make a scene, but it was disappointing and unprofessional. Her tone was not warm and closer to curt.

The ladies who work at this Walgreens are so sweet. Always a good morning , sometimes two. Friendly and Helpful.

Very clean store. A wonderful employee walked back and got a bottle of Asprin for me, because I was having terrible back pain and couldn't walk that far. She has no idea how helpful this was at the time!! I don't know her name, but THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!! I highly recommend this store!!
