I enjoy the bank and the wonderful people in the Bank. I went in to get a new debit card. Everything went well until we had to deal with the people in the Philippines. They had my zip code for a house I owned 5 years ago. Bad Bad Experience. I am going to change bank because of your executives see profits over giving Americans jobs.

We just opened a new account with United and couldn't be more pleased! Tammy was our rep, and she was so pleasant to do business with! Three days later we received a nice hand written card from Tammy welcoming us to United! Now that's customer service!
