Kelly was amazing. We told her what we wanted, and what our budget was and she found us the perfect bed within 5 minutes. She made us aware of several options and add ons but was never pushy and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. It can be hard in a small town to find respectful service, but sleep usa was perfect. Recommend if you're looking to buy a mattress and don't want pushy sales people.

Absolutely the BEST experience from beginning to end!! We went to the Murphy, NC store in search of a mattress. I am a back surgery patient and getting something that would be comfy and help my pain management was our goal! Kellie Karnes was our sales lady and she was awesome! She didn’t start off trying to sell me the most expensive thing in the store but instead showed us what would work to meet our needs!! She was so knowledgeable and helped us understand all the different things out there (there is a lot in the mattress world!) Delivery was set up and there were no delays or excuses! Showed up just as promised. The delivery guys were super (I failed to get their names and wished I would have)Both were very kind and courteous! There is nothing about this whole experience I would change! Glad we made our purchase at sleep USA (Murphy)!!!

We needed to purchase two beds in a hurry, so I called ahead and spoke to Kelly who relayed the message to the Sylva store. We had excellent service from Alice in the Sylva store. She helped us so much. We found what we needed. We love the beds and the prices were very reasonable. We can’t say enough good things about Alice. The adjustable beds are fantastic. The delivery men set everything up and did a great job as well. Thank you all so much.

My husband and I stopped in hours after our closing, thinking we were going to sleep on an air mattress that night. Pleasantly surprised that we were able to purchase two discontinued mattresses and bring one home that day(that's all we could fit in our truck).Then stopped in on Saturday to pick up 2nd one, Kellie was working and helped us find another set (to order) for our master bedroom. Super nice and and helpful!

We are delighted that we met Samuel from Sleep USA. He is accountable, friendly, and knows each of his products well. The transaction for purchase couldn't have gone better even though we made several changes after the initial point of sale. I have 150 employees in my company and if I could find others like Samuel I would hire them on the spot!

I felt so comfortable purchasing my new mattress at Sleep USA . They were knowledgeable friendly and had great choices. I took my time and did not feel rushed. Will highly recommend them to friends. Visited 3 different stores but came back to Sleep USA because of their customer service. They truly cared. Entire staff was amazing.

Great experience at the Murphy location. Samuel was an awesome help, he was very knowledgeable and zero pressure . The store has a large selection of different mattresses and firmness to try, which is what we were looking for, it’s hard to buy a mattress without laying on it. I highly recommend the store and this location. They truly have the best costumer service !

Very good experience. Samuel is an excellent sales person. Stays in touch without any pressure to buy. Very good at explaining features and benefits of the various items they represent. Also, delivery was smooth and professional.
