We want yo we want to give a review for Sarah Thompson that works for John Poltack team in Murphy North Carolina. We came here two months ago bought a place Sarah was above and beyond. She helped us every step of the way we made a phone call. She was on it she said I’m going right now. I’ll take care of it. I was still in Florida. John explained the whole sale of our home, showed a program of what was going to take place, etc. He was very thorough. They even power washed the entire home. Lastly I highly recommend Poktrock realtors and they stay with you every step of the way.

We were not able to follow through with our listing due to personal reasons but his office still treated us as if we were top priority. John is professional, knowledgeable and considerate of his clients. There was no one we encountered with his office that wasn't kind and ready to help with a need. If we have real estate needs in the future we will certainly return to this office!

When my father passed away my mother decided to sell their house. I asked several local sources for advise on a realtor, and the name "John Poltrock" came up as a running theme. No one had anything but praise for him and his team.
I sat down and talked with John about the reasonable price and timing to sell the house. His figures were right in line with what I was thinking, so we signed on.
I believe it was around one month from the time the house was listed to when it was closed on for approximately the price I was expecting. I wasn't even in NC, so John and his team took care of everything surrounding the sale. There were no surprises, and I couldn't imagine the process moving any more smoothly.
I would strongly recommend John and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Murphy, NC area.

My husband and I met with John on the same day I called him in regards to selling our home. He took some pictures and we talked at length about what we wanted in a new home in the surrounding area. Within a few days, we met with John again in the office. He had several comps on other home sales that compared to our home and discussed our budget and the relocating concerns we had. He encouraged us to take some time to look at area real estate and what we wanted in the next phase of life ( we are both senior citizens). We are currently contemplating those decisions and John has offered to help with any questions we may have to make the best decisions for our future ( no pressure from him to sell right away). We have lived in Georgia and North Carolina for 22 years, have dealt with many of the areas real estate offices and the Poltrock Team is the most caring and knowledgeable by far!

Follow up post sale: We initially were with another realty firm in murphy, NC in which we had little to no movement on our home. We parted ways after almost 40 days on market. Signed up with The Poltrock team and house was priced correctly and sold for 5k over asking in just 12 days. You may agree or disagree with what his analysis of your home shows but once he lays out the facts you can’t dispute. You get more than just one agent here, you get a whole team that moves like clockwork from listing to closing. Highly recommend this team if you want to sale your home or purchase a home.

His folks at Poltrock Realty reflect his personality completely. They are always courteous and want to do whatever is necessary for your transaction to be pleasant.
