This bank has terrible customer service, which is a reflection on management. I went in there to discuss about my account being hacked. The attendant there was extremely rude about the matter. Her response was, “what do you want us to do about it? That’s the way the world is. People are going to steal. There’s nothing we can do about it. We’re not security.” That’s a terrible motto for a bank to be operating on. LOL, “Please store your money with us. We can’t promise you that your money won’t get stolen, but we can promise you is that we won’t do anything, because people steal.” Ridiculous! I’ll be going to a different bank, because of incompetence and rudeness from the staff of this dumpster of a bank. I would advise anyone to go to a different bank in the Murphy area, because this bank doesn’t care about protecting your money.

Pam is an intensely rude and hostile enployee. People like her are why so many people resort to online banking. I don't ask that people act sweet. But don't shove things in front of me and expect me to know what you want then make a snipe when I don't do what you need. I have other options for banking. This entire branch has gone to ruin since the upheavals and laying off of veteran employees a few years ago.

Been looking for a new local bank to do my banking and I use the drive thru often for the atm here at Murphy PNC and I needed some change and went inside. Big mistake. The woman CSR at the window refused as I did not have an account. She was so rude, I would never choose to walk in there again. Was treated better next door at the Community Bank. If you hate your job, find a new one.

Firstly, the staff at the Murphy branch are friendly and try to assist--I would give them FIVE STARS. Corporate, however, is another thing. After opening an account, the first major issue was trying to get online banking to work. It appears that the system is fluky and seems to be down a lot--good luck trying to pay bills. Another issue is corporate response (or rather the lack there of); if you are lucky enough to get a live person, good luck in getting your problem resolved. One of corporate's stock answers is that you have to go to the branch office; in other words, they have no clue. Simple normal/routine banking tasks CANNOT be performed locally, but have to be performed at corporate taking an inordinate amount of time (and sometimes never getting completed). I deal with some banks--Truist, Suncoast, First Citizens, etc.)--and have NEVER SEEN such backward procedures and disregard for customer service.

Tried to withdraw a large amount from my checking account over the counter today and got declined for the excuses of not having enough cash for me, to protect from scam,and has to reserve for others. Really?

What a blessing to now belong to the best bank ever! My husband and I have been married 50 years and we agree that PNC Bank Manager Nicole Hibbs, Branch Sales and Service Jamie Lee Futch, and Mortgage Loan Officer Ruth Mladenovich have proven that they supersede every expectation we could ever dream of. The level of superior customer service is astounding, and the undivided attention is the most caring. compassionate, and genuinely committed to enriching and supporting the lives of their clients. There is an atmosphere of total cohesiveness at PNC Bank Murphy that proves that this is a real team that loves what they do in serving the public. As we sat there waiting for our turn to meet with Jamie we watched the reactions of people coming in with their huge smiles as they were greeted by these amazing ladies, and then people leaving with even bigger smiles proving that they are happy and content....WE KNEW THAT THIS BANK HAD SOMETHING SPECIAL GOING ON HERE AND WE WANTED TO BE A PART OF IT! It genuinely feels like a family here because they have your best interest at heart. The professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and caring hearts that these dedicated ladies have equates to "BEING PROUD TO BE A PART OF PNC BANK OF MURPHY" We needed help understanding the protocol to follow during the purchase of our new home. It can be overwhelming to say the least, but with every question we had, we were made to feel so comfortable as the process was explained ...several times in our case.....lol. God bless the patience of these amazingly strong ladies! If you are looking for a Bank that will take care of every aspect of your banking needs with the utmost care and dedication to perfection....well you've found it. Bountiful and Boundless Blessings to each of these ladies and their families with good health and safety and may PNC grow beyond all measure!
