This place has the best ice cream in town. It's actual ice cream and not ice milk. Very clean and the prices are perfect, Why would you go anywhere else and wait in humongous lines that block traffic. Some places around here don't even list their prices. Wonder why that is?

I will never return to the Nates Icecream shop. I payed $11 for a large shake just for it to taste like the icecream or milk has soured. When my fiance took it back in to have a new one made or get a refund he was told by the man who was working to get the hell out of the store cause his shit was just fine.Horrible customer service!!!!!!!

The pizza served here is absolutely the best NY style pizza that I've found. Open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, they offer slices, whole pies in 12 inches and 18 inches, and knots. I get two slices with pepperoni and I'm back in Connecticut again. The owner comes from a Long Island family of pizza makers and knows his stuff. Highly, highly recommended by a NY pizza connoisseur. No pictures because I ate it!

We went in to try one slice of pizza and ended up going back after we finished our slice and got a whole pie to take home! Love, love LOVE the pizza!!! The pieces are huge with tons of toppings!! The next time we are definitely going to try the ice cream. Nates is a must for anyone who loves pizza. By far the best we've had in Murphy ❤

4 Stars only cause every Sunday lately, I show up to buy cigs forgetting they are closed, and then run out of cigs soon after my shift starts and then I don't get off early enough to buy cigs anywhere else so I have to go without till Monday. And maybe it's just the cause I always come at lunch on Sundays but at least 2 other potential customers always show up, seems like 1 is driving and 1 is walking, somehow the other person walking just seems to keep moving along as If nothing changed, but the person driving always seems offended at the fact the doors won't open, peeping in the windows undeterred by the complete lack of interior lighting. Inquiring about the store at unreasonable distances from their car as if people at the laundromat that never even tried to visit the store are some how clued into the situation so well they'll just begin to explain in a away they'll be able to understand their inability to process information provided by the focus of their distress, or make them aware of the numerous other stores in the vicinity well within driving distance they could have reached had their eggs not all been arranged in a basket which they seem to unable to emotionally stabilize themselves after being let down.

I love Nate's country store!!the owners Mike & Alisha are such nice people! They came from New York over 10 years ago and they recently started to make NY pizza in the back of the store again after 10 years of retiring from making them and let me tell you, it is by far the best pizza that I have ever eaten before, and I've had a lot of pizza being from long island NY myself and they have some amazing pizza in NY but I definitely recommend there white pie it is out of this world! Pricey but so very worth it! You couldn't get better pizza anywhere in NC but at Nate's country store!! The staff is awesome , there prices are excellent on just about everything and it's always a pleasure going in there! which I do about everyday at least once either before or after work! So if your looking for delicious REAL NY pizza....Go to Nates, you will not regret it! Next up is there famous NY meat lovers stuffed meat Sicilian pizza, omg I cannot wait!!
