I have recently made my home in Murphy, NC and I am very happy with my move.I consider this another Chapter in my fast moving life at 85 yrs of age.I find the majority of people living here are extremely friendly and reminds me of my early childhood living in Ky.

Awful experience... always loved going here because it was the cheapest place to get gas, cigarettes, drinks, ect all in one stop, but since they changed management it's AWFUL. They had a really nice guy that worked there named Ashely, he was a human... he did wrong and apologized he knew his job and the management job, he was quick checking out customers but he hasn't been there in awhile. Definitely miss him and this Amanda lady is awful !!! She's rude, and bossy to even customers ( that ashely guy probably quit bc of her ) like, customers don't work for you and we are the reason you even have a job. Maybe she should treat customers like humans and learn some manners. I wonder how she even got that position being as rude and hateful as she is. I won't even ho in there anymore bc of her. Bc of the new manager Amanda, I KNOW Murphy USA in Murphy has lost a 6 ( probably more ) customers and counting. Save your business and take out the trash there.

This car wash has been using my credit card information twice a month to charge me $21.40 since march - I didn't realize since charge was small and thought it was a gas station. I purchased a single car was while traveling there in March. They have been charging me twice a month for last 2 months and had to report their continued use of my card number. Be careful if you use a credit card at the Murphy USA car wash in Murphy NC.

Get some change, they gave me 0.91 back in nickels....wish Sam Walton was still alive the show the entire chain how to treat a customer......poor, poor service, again

The workers are always nice and they always have the cheapest fuel prices in town, diesel and gas. Well they tie with ingles on that tbh. Lol Tobacco prices are great too along with the new building and pumps that were added not long ago.

Attendant was extremely unprofessional rude sitting on rolling chair. Ran me down in parking area and accused me of stealing gas when pump took my debit card info and told me to start pumping. This lady yelled profanity in front of 20+ patrons. She preset the pump i was at when there was no car there other than mine.On numerous occasions this store has been closed during rush hour. Attendant's name was Janell and claimed she had no manager

Sundays nights they close early apparently they like to close at 10 when it says on their website they close at 11 why do they always close an hour ahead before 11 this gas station is getting ridiculous I come in just to get cigarettes and they're already closed and it's 10:30 I'll be calling the main headquarters over this.

Happy to see this Murphy is finally re-opened after a long time renovation. However, as of Wednesday, November 17 2020 the pumps are not activated to receive the Wal-Mart card. Hopefully, that gets fixed soon.

I just showed up there to get gas REALLY NEEDED IT!! And the website said they were open till 10:30 no warning about them being closed early what's so ever it was 8:30 when I showed up and it looks like they were shut down for an hour I don't know who runs the nights there but closing two hours before your supposed to I'm sure no one in charge would be happy with, tried to call and the line was busy before they got the renovation they were always exact with everything they did and I'm completely disappointed if I could give it a negative five stars I would
