After 3 days since I requested delivery they still can't give me a delivery date. I am a 10 year customer.

Service techs are nice to deal with and somewhat helpful. Dealing with gals at the desk in Murphy is a real painful experience. Thompson & Heritage Gas are both only a few miles away. Might be better off trying one of them on the customer service end if you don't like to argue.I welcome a call from the owner to discuss what customer service might intentionally look like...

This company has grown faster than they have the ability to keep up...they have proven time and time again that they cannot handle the accounts that they honored to keep up....customer service is not very friendly over the phone and definitely not a good source of any information....goodluck to anyone who goes with this company and its inability to honor its commitment to their customers in the community.

I had the opposite experience with Freeman Gas. We purchased the home about two years ago. They have filled the tank as requested. Before I signed the forms, they explained them to me. It was my prerogative to have the autofill option (which had been explained to us) turned on. The only gotcha that I experienced was that when my wife passed and I moved the service to my name, they didn't mention that I should check the credit card being used for the payment. I won't dock them a star for that. They appear to be a good small company that I have no problem doing business with.

I can’t give enough praise to the employees of this company.. they came out last winter to help with my mothers propane gas fireplace many times to try and repair it.. they were just so helpful and kind.. in the end she had to get a brand new insert.. and this year it’s perfect.. thank you to all of you for your help

Paid for gas and it is in the 20s tonight and they said not their problem, I have a 7 yr old granddaughter. Very poor customer service!
