Went in to buy a brake light. They had the light but guy said he couldn't install it. Went to O Reilly 's and they installed it.

Nice clean new store with friendly people but wow the prices are VERY high. I got a fuse tap, a couple extra fuses, and some tire shine and it was $50. They do have a members program which I didnt participate in and maybe that would've helped slightly.

Car battery died today in Lowes parking lot below Autozone. Isaac drove me back to my car, jumpstarted it and we went back to the store where he installed a new battery. He used a device to maintain all of the preset memories. He did everything with a great attitude plus having served our country, I highly recommend seeing Issac.

Wasn't happy to be treated like a little kid asked for my money back on two rotors and brake pads at 830 to get told oh we don't have the money to give you your money back I'll have to come back after lunch well after I said I won't my money back now they wanted to get rude and hateful with me I'll get my money back after lunch and I want be back

Everything was fine with the place, until the Manager told us we couldn't bring our dog inside. I don't understand why, we've taken her inside before and no issues. Other employees were very nice and professional. This was Wednesday August 30th. Most likely, we will not be visiting again ?

Sanford and Jessica went above and beyond to check my battery, remove the corrosion, and fix my connector. They stood outside in the heat with me showed me everything that was wrong explained in detail how they were going to solve it and made my experience wonderful. Great customer service! I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you!
