“I have had the best customer service experience at Advanced Auto Parts in Murphy, NC. The young man, Bryce, has been very helpful on two occasions I have gone to the store and asked for help. His customer service is impeccable, he's very kind and very helpful while figuring out the needs of my vehicle are. I'm currently staying in Murphy for work, which is about 4 1/2 hours from my home. My "check engine" light came on, I went to the store and asked if they had the machine to check what the light meant. Bryce was more than willing to help and set my mind at ease; "Emissions" he said, nothing to be worried about. My next visit was due to an officer informing me I had no brake lights, again, I went to Advance Auto Parts and Bryce was there. I explained to him the issue of no brake lights, he immediately said, "Let's see what's going on!" He not only realized the problem, but took the time to change the bulbs in my car and ensured the problem was fixed! Being so far from home, in a place I'm not familiar with, it was comforting to know that if something goes wrong with my vehicle, there is a kind young man by the name of Bryce I can count on to help me figure it out, rather he's able to fix it or not.
