We bought our first camper from TAC Trailer end of February and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we have received from the moment we walked in the door to look at campers. Absolutely everyone in sales and service were the best. Save your time from driving to one of the large, pushy camper sales place because you will not get the service and deal like they can provide you at TAC Trailer.

We were greeted by a great sales person By John Burton. He took us through all the champers but we were looking for something with aluminum sides. We've had bad luck with a couple campers Delamating. And there is no warranty on it so you're stuck when your camper starts puffing up like a blowfish. We retreated very well and I recommend if you have a camper and you need service these people are very nice.

I had been to this place over the years once in a while and always thought it was a great place with a wide array of truck accessories. I went back in January 2023 after not having been there in a few years. Other than trailer accessories (which seemed aplenty) there wasn't hardly any actual truck accessories. Quite a disappointment from what the place used to be.

I bought a trailer and when I asked about the D rings on it that were breaking I was told someone we get back with me well it's been over four months and no response. I went in and asked about a part for my camper one person looked at the picture I had on my phone and said they weren't sure and asked another associate they didn't even look at the picture and said I couldn't buy the part I would have to buy the whole entire piece which is absolutely false. I went to American Family RV and they got me the part not the entire piece that I did not need. We're not be going back there for advice or anything.
