I HAD BOOKED A ROOM PREVIOUSLY AND DIDNT HAVE ANY ISSUES SO I BOOKED AGAIN FOR THE 1ST WEEK OF JUNE. THE 1ST ROOM AIR WAS BROKE AND THE CARPET WAS SOAKED AND THE 2ND ROOM HAD BED BUGS!! IT WAS SO STRESSFUL TO BE ON VACATION AND HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT POSSIBLY TAKING BED BUGS HOME. I CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY AFER DISCOVERING BED BUGS. ONE OF THE STAFF TOLD ME THAT MANAGEMENT KNOWS ABOUT THE BED BUGS AND DOESN'T CARE.

It’s not a Marriott but they serve free breakfast. Not a lot of choices but it works.

Stayed here for a weekend and was not impressed. The AC did not function and while I was told they would fix it the next day no one ever came. They did provide me a very dusty fan and I was able to prop it against an open window at night to cool it down.
Rooms: New furniture, Carpets felt old

In my opinion the location has everything you need. Fast food in the parking lot Hardee's, Highway 55 (I recommend trying the orangeade before it sells out. Yes, it's that good! Refill till they cut you off) or you can go across the street to Wendy's, the Mexican place, Walmart. The free breakfast is comforting at 6 am-9 am. Make your own waffle, breakfast sandwiches similar to Jimmy Dean's frozen which I love, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, juice, water and coffee, boiled eggs in a package were incredible! Bagels and I think I saw some other stuff, but that's all I can recall,The woman that works in that area is a bright & warm soul! She offers to help you in any way you need.
The convenience shop has some minor snacks and drinks, laundry detergent, check the expiration on the chips before you purchase. There's no ice machine but if you go out in the parking lot next to the 'highway 55' restaurant there's an ice & water machine. Pets are allowed but so far they've been the greatest!
Coffee is delicious available 24/7 from a machine in the breakfast area. WiFi didn't glitch no password needed. I was in a King room that was really nice, but I doubt any of the rooms are terrible here. I haven't seen a vending machine yet, but I'll come back and edit if I find one. The staff is polite, professional & helpful. Haven't had any problems with the patrons. Everyone seems to just want a quiet rest and get on with their journey. Truckers stop here but they seem to just wanna sleep and continue on.

First time here, great highway location with two restaurants at their footsteps. Big, clean rooms with good amenities. Bedding comfortable and good room temperature. Plenty of parking and front desk staff were helpful.
* Please note not sanitary to place any towels on handrails next to toilet.
Safety: Checked in late, no problems.
Walkability: Everything is close by.
Food & drinks: Restaurants and stores nearby.

We went there for the pickle drop and stayed at the hotel at night time. When we first walked into room which was pet friendly room it was very clean and smelled very nice no animal smell. Can't complain about anything. There was a baby that was crying for almost 45 minutes and being a law enforcement for 18 years I wanted to make sure there was no issue with the baby and called the front desk and had them check on it about 2:00 in the morning it never happened so I had no choice but to call the police that checked on the situation and a lady in the room stated to the law enforcement they were trying to give the baby a bath when there's only a shower in the room but everything must have been okay cuz the police left. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great location! I had limited interaction with the staff. To my eye, the hotel property inside and out was clean and tidy. Even our room appeared clean at 1st glance but there was a cell phone cord left on one of the beds, an unplugged alarm clock and lamp, half empty 1/2 gallon of whole milk and not enough, accessible electrical outlets. So really how was my room?? Was the bed with the cord on it, clean with fresh linen? How long has the milk been in there? Why the unplugged clock? I easily understand not noticing that a lamp is unplugged, especially if you're not using it. But a blank clock is obvious.Nearby activities: Very close to Mount Olive University.
