We were passing through town with our dog when he suddenly started to get overheated. The receptionist let us come inside and helped us cool off our dog, gave him some water and ice pack before we got back on the road. She also made sure we knew what other animal hospitals we would pass as we continued our drive incase he needed care.
Harris is now cooled off, and much better thanks to a very kind receptionist who helped us in an emergency!

The most amazing doctor and nurses they care about the owners of the pets there taking care of not just the animals. They have very fine and fair prices on everything they do for your pets.
You will not find any other place of veterinary that has reasonable prices and are very good people like them.
They take care of our pets Eli the Dog and Thumper our cat that's in the pictures here

My sweet, loving dog of 18 years, was very painfully, not peacefully, euthanized by this cruel, inhumane woman that parades as a veterinarian. After shaving the first leg to find a vein, she commented on how swollen it was (arthritis.) She then went to the other leg and attempted, 4 or 5 times to access a vein. After not being able to access a vein in that leg, she then got impatient and irritated and just stuck him in his swollen leg. He cried out in such intense pain that was COMPLETELY unnecessary and uncalled for. She did not talk us through the procedure nor advise us as to what steps she was taking as she went along. I would NEVER have allowed her to stick him in his swollen leg had I known her intentions. FINALLY she said she thought she would sedate him a little before accessing a vein. YOU THINK?! She shouldn't have gone any further, without sedation, if she thought for one second that he would be in ANY pain whatsoever!!!!! The last image that my Daddy and I will have of our precious baby, that we loved SO much, and who loved us unconditionally, will be of him crying out in pain. It was so heartbreaking, I literally felt his pain. If you care anything at all about your pets, don't take them here!! She was cruel, inhumane and very impatient. She has no business working with animals and does not need to have a license to do so. Euthanasia should be a peaceful departure, NEVER painful. Period.

The staff and vet are extremely nice and understanding. I'm glad my family decided on making this their primary vet for their dogs.

Dr. Moye and her team have been looking after our family’s pets for over 30 years, and they’re nothing short of first class.
As our dog Penny aged and her health continued to decline, they were incredible. Dr. Moye and Jamie did everything they could, even checking in on her from time to time. Jamie always made sure Penny was comfortable and calm during her visits. And I’ve known Sherry for nearly my entire life. She has always been awesome at finding times that worked for us to bring Penny and our other pets in, even with our hectic schedules.
The whole team is not only skilled but also extremely caring. They didn’t just look after Penny’s health; they supported our family through everything and made us feel like we were in it together.
Big thanks to Dr. Moye, Jamie, Sherry, and everyone at Mt. Olive for caring for Penny like she was your own. I really can’t thank you enough for everything.

I just got back from taking my 2 cats here. It was their very first vet appt and I was a little nervous how they’d do. The receptionist was super sweet over the phone and in person. We got back to do our appt and the assistant and doctor were extremely kind and patient. She was also very knowledgeable. My cats did wonderful with them. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. My fur babies are happy and healthy

I don’t ever do reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary but, for the love of God himself, do not go here. I had my boyfriend pick up our cat while I was work and one of the doctors treated him with absolute disrespect and was extremely condescending. The receptionist’s were very sweet and do not deserve to work for someone who disrespects anyone that’s under them. We were also charged for vaccines that we did not have money for at the time and we were going to wait a few weeks after our cat’s surgery, which we were told was an option. But they went ahead and did them anyway and charged us for it. We were charged almost 350 after being told surgeries like neuters are 135 (a bit more if it’s a more invasive surgery which in our cats case was not that invasive). I digress, but bottom line, do not go here if you value your pet.
