The gym is ok but they should also invest in members comfort. If you can afford new equipment, you can definitely afford dehumidifiers to at least keep the facilities climate within OSHA standards 40-60% humidity. It is constantly over 75% humidity in this gym and has even been over 87% humidity within the establishment on a regular basis. This makes it feel like you’re stepping into a sauna and you are sweating in minutes before you even start working out. I hope they try to address this problem before it leads to toxic mold growth and health issues including heat exhaustion. I will take this review down once they correct the issue so please standby.

Great place to work out, small but they definitely make use of the space. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is for 2 people it's $50/month classes/trainer's aren't included. To me that's a bit steep but from a business standpoint I understand they can charge that due to being the only decent place to workout within 13-20mi.

Mrs Blake Cates mad the initial sign up for mom and I effortless and we could not have been more proud of our decision to join plus it right outside our door in so many word’s because prior we were driving to planet fitness in Goldsboro (20 mins) it’s an extremely chill environment ?

New member opinion ... Very busy both early mornings (4am) and afternoons (7pm) but everyone seems to be respectful of others. So far, so good.

I have been working out here for a few months. I enjoy the atmosphere and they have very good up to date equipment. This gym is well maintained and the staff is friendly. Could be a bit larger because it gets very crowded in the evenings.
