First off I would like to say that I have worked in this store before and have worked in retail for a very long time. I absolutely love the retailer Dollar general but I will never spend money in the amount of location ever again. I went into the store with 200 dollars to add money to my debit card with a barcode just like so many other people do. The lady scan my barcode took my money put it in the register close the door and a receipt printed out that said transaction declined customer is immediately entitled to cash refund. This lady did not give me my money. She didn't close her register and counted she called the manager and the manager told her I had to wait until the store closed then the manager called me from her personal phone number cussed me out and hung up on me I had to wait until Monday before I could even speak to anybody about it and then when I did they still refuse to give me my money. The manager claims that loss prevention said that it was a fraudulent activity on my end but it's technically impossible because the money never even reached my card so the only activity I had was given that stupid cashier my money. it's been almost a month now I have yet to get my money back but I'm contacting a lawyer and I have an appointment first of the year I will be getting my money back and possibly a little extra. SMH they need to hire an entirely new staff at the store I did have an interview for the management position there but I don't want it with that crew.

The managers was rude and talking about me and another customer . The was on the other side if the isle they was talking about us using coupons said we was wasting time walking around the store coupon shopping

This store in Mount Olive was the messiest store I have ever been to. I wasn't in the store more then five minutes before I was commenting to my daughter about how nasty the store looked!
