I have ordered here before and never had any problems except for today. I informed the nice lady at the counter that I wanted to place an order online for a burger but it doesn't allow you to choose the options. She called a manager over who I also told of the situation., She basically said that its not her issue its the higher ups, ie the managers. I said ok well since you work for them can you let them know that it needs to be fixed. She looked at me crazy like I was asking her to jump through a ring of fire or something. She walked away with an attitude. So Im looking at the lady behind the county like wth. She took my order and the man comes out that cooks and I am explaining to him also. So he goes in and tries to see what the issue is. I told him thank you cause the other ladies cs was horrible. Now she comes over and intervenes in out conversation saying that I am talking about her. I told her I was and not behind her back but because the man asked me so I told him. She wanted argue back and forth. Not how management should act over something so minute. Now she is talking about leave her store, I told her she shouldn't be management if she doesn't know how to handle and contain herself. No way you should be going back and forth with a customer. Now the man wants to get into it saying I was rude when he wasn't even there from the beginning. He asked me a question and I responded. Felt like they was trying to gang up on me...I asked the lady if she wanted to talk outside but she didn't want to come outside instead she wanted to stay behind the counter and talk trash about me. I left cause no way am I gonna pay for food from an establishment that treats people like that. Worst customer service ever....

Great place, it's always busy. I wish the parking lot was bigger, because sometimes backing out of a parking spot is a little difficult. When the gas pumps are all full, it's hard to maneuver around the parking lot. There's good food served hot in the deli and cold beer in the cooler.

The food at the grill is AMAZING! Never thought I would be someone to order “gas station food” but I swear it’s the only place I would grab some lunch at. Turkey Bacon Wrap with some Curly Fries ?? They are super friendly and make your order perfect!

I was at a store on Wilkinson boulevard Belmont you know the vape store / poker machine smoke shop and he and I've never had any problems with Bob before but then he come up to me and in front of all the customers in the store HEY! you owe me for a bad check.The check was a personal check wrote out to me not my own personal check. Wrote out to me so how can you come after me.

Very clean environment friendly employees and the best gas station grill I've ever ate from. Two registers open most of the time during busy hours and good prices even for the convenience store type compared to say circle K. Or times turnaround both local stores but nothing even close to the service and friendly employees as express mart (BOB's). As locals call it. Stop in and fill up on gas and yourself at the grill try a fat head or double cheeseburger.
