Phone lines are always down, so if i want to see if my disposable camera pictures are developed I have to drive all the way out there every time. This is so annoying. My pictures have been no where to be seen for 3 weeks, and i've gotten no updates on them except "Come back later to see if we have them" which wastes my time and gas. I should just be able to call and see!

A week ago my Advair was due for refill. They sent me a message the day before it ran out telling me it was delayed. I've called four times this week. Each time, I was told that there's a shortage and it should be on the next truck. Today, I called Walmart to have it transferred. They have a ready supply. And when they ran it through my insurance, they were told Walgreens had already run it as having been refilled three days ago. Isn't that insurance fraud? Now I'm having trouble getting it filled. Meanwhile, have had to use my rescue inhaler 4-5 times daily for a week. Reprehensible.

Called today and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Stayed on hold over 40 minutes after that called back got hung up on again being hold for 15 minutes up and call back and they never came to the phone

Worst pharmacy in the charlotte area. I no longer will use this location George the pharmacist is the rudest and will shout your personal medical info across the store. Stay away

Attempting to find out if my prescriptions are ready for pickup. Employee answers the phone and tells me to hold before I could get a word out. They left me on hold for 11 minutes before I hung up and called back just to immediately be answered and placed back on hold without a word. Occasionally the female would pick up again, say hold and place me back on hold before I could object. I understand being busy and short staffed but leaving a customer on hold for more than a few minutes without at least checking back in is unacceptable. I won't be using this pharmacy again. I'd rather go the extra distance to Belmont. Update after 27 minutes, they picked up the phone and hung up!!!! I'll be calling cooperate office. Update number 2: after a third time, in the principle at this point, they did the same, pickup, hold on, and never came back. 35 minutes total and once getting hung up on with no answer.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I went there for about two years and never received good customer service. I have received a text that my prescription is ready, and then sat there for over an hour waiting for it to be filled. The pharmacist has no clue what's going on and he is very very rude .people. I have witnessed so many customers walk out highly upset and without their prescription. This pharmacy is absolutely awful. If you have been there please write a review because I know that you know how bad it i and to top it off, a 70-year-old man asked a question about his insurance, and he wasn't quite sure what the pharmacist meant, so he asked again. The pharmacist literally said that if he asked again he would call the cops. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this gentleman's question. And the gentleman ended up walking out he was so upset by the way that me and talk to him..

Been a costumer here for nearly 8 years(we are debating on going to a different store location). And while the staff is very nice and they try their best they absolutely cannot keep up. There simply is just not enough staff on premises available to handle the large volume of customers (they really need at least two full time pharmacists and at least three full time techs). Consequently, if you try to contact them via phone...good luck you will be waiting for least 30 min. I waited 45 min once just to be hung up on bc the staff is that busy. I have ordered medication through the app and it won't get processed through so I have had to physically drive to the store, wait in line, just to request a refill I'm sorry but that absurd. (I also have a significant medical issue that effects my mobility so driving to the pharmacy just to be able to SPEAK with someone is really unacceptable). Additionally their store is in DIRE need of a thorough clean and renovation/ Water stains on ceiling and dirt and dust on the HVAC filters right over the pharmacy are filthy. Staff overall are kind courteous and doing their best to keep their head above water. As a billion dollar corporation though you can and should do better, this really is not great representation of the co.
