It says 24 hours but after 11 i have never been able to use the pumps. Also pumps are extremely slow even if its just 1 person pumping. Also they never have receipts at the pumps, most of the times you have to go in to get a receipt

Biggest complaint is staff opens whenever they want. Sign on the door says 6am yet it's 7:48am and you get a girl with a mean mustache who can't stand up straight because of her weight tapping at her watch when you try to open the door.....an hour and 48 minutes AFTER they should have been open. Some staff is friendly while the majority are just miserable and they definitely let you know it. Whoever owns this store needs to pay attention before they become yet another abandoned building in North Carolina. Excellent location, awful management and truly lazy staff..

If I could give this location a zero star rating I would. All those posts about friendly staff? Lose them. You'd be lucky to get a "Hello" out of any of them. Let alone a smile. Try to strike up a conversation at check out? Good luck. All you'll get is a nod and a grunt, and don't expect a "thanks and have a nice day" from anyone either. This was the most convenient location to me, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere until the staff is overhauled.

It is just a regular gas station/convenient store that sells your basic snacks and drinks..it was definitely a convenient location to stop and fill up my gas tank and grab a light snack before dinner...

Will's is a convenient place to go if you live close by or have to drive down W. Charlotte Ave. The problem isn't the service there, it's all of the shady a** characters you run in to. It doesn't matter what time of the day or evening, there's always something shady going on. People aren't even discreet about it. I've literally heard someone yell out in the line, I got a blunt, anyone wanna smoke it with me? Needless to say, there were quite a few takers, so when she decided on one the line kept moving. Just a bit of info to pass along.
