If you only need a yearly physical, Luke Medical might be good for you. If you have ongoing health care needs, find a better practice that cares anout their patients, because Luke Medical has really gone downhill over the past year or so, and it's not just one person, which is really flummoxing to me. They say they will set up additional testing, yet it doesn't happen until you call several times over the span of three weeks to remind them. When you have the testing done, they will never call to tell you the results... until you call them to remind them several weeks later. Medication refills... prepare to wait a week or more, if it ever actually gets done. I wanted to add another family member as a new patient. After I submitted the paperwork, weeks went by without a response, until I called to remind them. Since we have employer health care coverage, we pay a LOT for our medical care, and the 'care' we get from Luke Medical is not worth our hard-earned money. I can understand a business having one slack employee... and the business will usually fire that employee and get a competent one in his/her place, so as not to tarnish their reputation, but there are so many things going wrong with Luke Medical Clinic that they'd have to fire everyone and start from scratch. They did have a bunch of people leave about a year ago and go to other practices, I guess that tells volumes about this office.

This office once upon a time was the very best they once actually cared about their patents. They do not care about patents now at all its all about money for this office!

The only reason I am giving two stars is the Doctors at Luke medical are wonderful. But their office staff are very disrespectful and rude. Totally disorganized and flat out unprofessional. I received not only a call with a voice mail left to please contact the office for my results, but also a text message. when I contact Luke medical, I was told this was in error my results were not ready and that the automated system sent it by mistake, and they have been having issues with it. I explained to the women I also received a voice message on my home number, and she told me no one from the office called me and that the results weren’t ready. Now between billing issues, computer glitches and phone issues I told the women I’m not sure what’s going on, but these are starting to become an issue she told me LOOK SIR we are trying to correct them, but it will take some time. Ya. Not sure I want to waist anymore of mine with staff like this. Waiting for a call back from the Doctor and will determine if I want to continue with the Practice. Sad to see how this office has deteriorated over the years.

Luke Medical Clinic used to be great, my family absolutely loved our PA and the receptionists, until they had an exodus of PAs and nurses several months ago. Now, they are always understaffed, can't get to things in a timely matter, you sometimes have to wait almost an hour in the lobby after your set appointment time, and the new people are so young and inexperienced. I've never even seen the only doctor they have in the practice after being seen there for years. They need to realize that they are doing something wrong and get back to the Awesome that they used to be. Maybe the doctor is near retiring and doesn't care, but think of your patients!

I am giving a 1 star not because of the care received (Christina and Mackenzie are excellent) but for the office staff and lack of accountability. I have had consistent issues with getting referrals submitted, to the point that if I don't babysit the office and call up there multiple times a week, my referrals do not get submitted and am having to wait months on a resolution. Because of their lack of accountability and negligence, I am now stuck with a bill from another office due to a referral that was forgotten about for a month. How is it that, as a patient, I can't trust that when I ask for a referral, it actually gets done. Not to mention, when I complain to the manager, her excuse is "oh we just lost an MA, we are behind on paperwork." Their lack of being able to keep their staff as well as their high turnover is impacting patient care negatively. If it weren't for them being the only office to accept the highly specific insurance we have, we'd run for the hills to a new office. Nothing but issues from the office staff since joining as a patient.

They steal your money. You pay your co-pay with cash and the next time you go in for your next appointment, they'll say you haven't been paying. Better hold onto those receipts because whoever works at the front isn't doing their job right.

I have been going here for years, and though I have dealt with Dr. Glass a few times that have been positive, most of my dealing are with Krystal. Caring, insightful and compassionate are my first descriptors for her. Although she's seeing other patients, when she's dealing with me, I feel like I have her undivided attention and I'm not an afterthought or a check. Absolutely recommend her. Staff there are always pleasant and I appreciate their efforts too!

My experience with this practice was great when I was a patient, extended hours and always easy to get an appointment. The billing department manager makes it extremely difficult on patients anytime you ask for them to clarify items that were billed and getting in touch with her is impossible because she works about 3 hours a day.Upon moving out of the area and requesting my medical records be sent to my new doctor office I first received a bill in the mail for $15.00 (and no records)When I called the office, I asked for clarification and I got the sob story of oh we are a small business and we have to use our own paper and ink to print these sheets of paper out.I am sorry but that is terrible customer service to charge patients for their own medical records especially when the practice has no advanced technology such as the capability of PDF or fax machine (which coincidentally can be done through the computer nowadays)
