“AquaWave is a fabulous combo between do it yourself and full service car wash. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The carwash itself is very nice. The only complaint I have is that the spot just above my license plate is often missed, which is obvious on a black SUV. Other than that I think this is the best carwash in the area.
I have a monthly plan. The plans are really reasonable. It's basically the cost of one wash each month. You can get up to 1 wash every day. If there are lines, they move quickly.
They always have cloths and solutions stocked up for window cleaning and dashboard cleaning. Vacuums are always functional and clean. Just a very well run carwash. I highly recommend it.”
“I was treated like family from the first interaction with Jim who is the owner I had a chance to meet his lovely team and spouse/partner. they took a lot of care for my car. This was my first time getting my car, professionally detailed and honestly, I am going to be getting my car professionally detailed from here on out and this will be the only shop that I will be taking my car to my car looks even better than what it looks like when I picked her up from the car lot and I have never seen her clean. She’s so clean that honestly just makes me want to scream and holler. It’s just like seeing your house crispy clean from head to toe. That’s how I feel in my car now and I don’t even want to get out my car it’s beautiful. It shines from the inside out”

This is without a doubt one of the best car wash experiences that I've ever had anywhere on the East Coast, north to south! One of the managers named Trevor is the coolest and most thorough detailers I've seen in a long time!
I highly recommend Autobell if you want your car to shine like nobody's business! The staff is incredible and the overall experience is great! If you are in the Charlotte area be sure to visit the best I've seen!

“I've been to many car wash locations, Rip Tide, in Gastonia, is by far the best. For both the quality of the wash and their customer service. The value I get for my monthly membership is so much better than the others. I was there today, used the air machine to top off my tires, but I wasn't sure how it worked. As I was drying off my car, Sean, the assistant manager was approaching each customer to see if they needed anything. I asked about the air machine, he showed me how it worked and helped me with my tires. Turns out I overfilled them. Very cool that the machine also works to remove air pressure. I've been using this car wash for over a year, I will really miss it when I leave the area.”

Common things there are fried chicken drumsticks, wings, chicken strips, or sandwiches, steak fries/JoJos/wedges, Mac and cheese. In the mornings they have breakfast sandwiches, typically sausage egg & cheese, chicken egg & cheese, bologna egg & cheese, and sometimes liver mush.”

“I seen the other reviews and I honestly have to say I couldn’t disagree more with most of the ones I seen. The suction was actually great and it lasted a long time. Very convenient place to wash and vacuum your car. Not sure but I seen a lot of people said that only 2 out of 4 of the washes actually work. I didn’t get a chance to wash my car because the outside was already clean but my experience was really good and for that I would still say i recommend going for the vacuum that’s closer to the library ??.”

“There was a young man that did an excellent job on my rubber floor mats. My door jams were left really dirty and nasty. They had not even been touched. Rylan did an excellent job on my door jams. He is definitely a keeper. I am glad to have made his acquaintance at autobell, In Gastonia, North Carolina. I cannot comment on the young guys. That wiped my car down but I will say they never touched my rubber mats / door jams.. It was Rylan that came to my rescue.♥️?”
