If you aren’t going to have self checkout open at least take them out and hire more cashiers. And some that move faster than sloths. It’s a crazy line every time because of one slow cashier on one register.

The last three times I’ve been in the store. I have had issues with the same woman she got brown hair. She’s chunky on the cashier. She was on the register she was working tonight. Her name is Allison, I think but I don’t know if it was her name or that was
The other ladies name that was working and she was using her register. I’m not sure, but the name on the receipt is Allison. working The other girl that was working theres was nice but the girl I’m talking about overcharged me two different times since I’ve been there. I’m going back tomorrow to straighten it out stuff that is on brown dot and the pillows are supposed to be $2.59 she charged me five apiece for them and told me that the rest of stuff I had was not on Brown dot sell which I know it is because it is every other dollar store I’ve been at and it was Under there’s a sign on it saying it was on sale so even I was wrong, she would still had to honor it last time. I was buying sodas. She said that was not the price for the sodas. I literally had to take a picture of it and she ran back there and tore down the sign, trying to beat me back there to the back And another T-shirt before I can get back there to take a picture of it horrible horrible horrible service not during the hours at this lady work. She is horrible. Even the lady that was working with her tonight said override it and the other girl that is very hateful and , not very friendly and she’s very dishonest. Said no that is such a mistake. I don’t know who she was referring to tomorrow.i will be going to get My refund for them to pillows about that she charged me five dollars apiece for was supposed to be $2.50 apiece because it was time to rush out the store before it was time for them to even close. Didn’t even give me time to get what I needed she rushing talking about. Are you leaving yet? Are you leaving yet? And she always has to overcharge you for what the item is to pay very close attention because if you don’t, she overcharge you for the items I don’t know if she’s pocketing the money or what but this lady she does not need to be employed at this store or any at all with behaving like this to a 5 year in and customers in general and I will be calling corporate and someone really needs to look in to her Because they’re going to end up getting sued one day

Products always in stock. Never seen a cleaner Dollar General. Those complaining of rude service should take a hike to Charlotte.

Most of the staff who works at this location is Rude...no customer service skills at all.Staff will lie on customers... which makes no sense..They TRY to make their own rules as far as returns....Wanda...you can have your receipt and they still try and tell you, you can't return an item...I recently called DG. Cooperate

My fiance had to ask to use the restroom. As the woman opens the door for her she tells her she's having morning sickness. From there the staff began laughing and making fun at her as she throws her guts up. Highly upset me and my fiance. WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
