I've been a customer for almost 5 years, and never was treated in a nice way!!!! Extremely difficult pharmacy to deal with!!!! Glad I found another local pharmacy that knows how to treat people, that I can move my prescriptions to and still be supporting small local business!!! You need to teach your staff decent customer service skills.....good doesn't even pertain.....decent would be enough!!!!!

Wally's Pharmacy has been a very good Pharmacy for me I have very bad anxiety problems and I worry about my medicines sometimes and they always are there to answer my questions

Love this pharmacy for my sons adhd medicine. I have never had a problem on how orderly and fast they are. But there is one staff member that was pretty dang rude when I went in today. I didn't catch her name. As I walked in to pick up she already kinda seemed as if she had an attitude. But I didn't think anything of it. Handed her my ID per usual. As I went to reach for it back she flung it on the counter as it bounced across onto the floor... It just seem extremly disrespectful. I know we're allowed to have bad days but I was just as polite as could be as I too work with the public. But this was kinda uncalled for. They had only been open for abput 10 mins as I pulled in anyways. Other then having a rude customer service experience I truly enjoy this pharmacy alot more then I do wallgreens.

Well, you really don’t know how good a local area business is, especially when it comes to meds, until you are on vacation, far from home. Let me say, my experience with Catherine, at Wally’s Pharmacy in Mt. Airy, NC, was effortless. She made my request seamless. My vacation continues uninterrupted because of the proficiency and phenomenal customer Service from this Independent Local Pharmacy.

I have been trading at Wally's for over twenty years. They are small enough that there is no need to walk past 8 aisles of bath & beauty products to get to the pharmacy desk. They are large enough to have competitive pricing and the staff necessary for prompt service. I would give them a five star rating!
