The last few times placing online orders has been inconsistent . I’m better just shopping myself to guarantee quality assurance. Tired of orders not being what I purchased. Other than my prescriptions I’ll stop shopping online at this location. I’m even suppose to get a digital receipt and they can’t scan it correctly.

Don't go here or the 601 location, either. Just don't. It's nothing but one problem after another. The most recent being, paying for prescriptions online and scheduling them for delivery, only to be told that they were never paid for. The fact that the payments had been taken out of the bank and having confirmation texts that said the payment went through and delivery was scheduled, didn't matter. They wanted to try to run it through again, but I declined to pay twice. There have been other times I got texts saying that prescriptions were ready to be picked up, but when I got there, nothing had been filled. I worked in a pharmacy for 15 years, so I know that things don't always work perfectly , but after working for both chains and independent, locally owned pharmacies, I definitely recommend independent. They care more about their customers than the almighty dollar. I can't say for certain that it's the Walgreens employees at fault. It could very well be the company itself. But whatever the reason, it's not a place I trust.

Good place to get prescriptions, over the counter meds, vitamins, cosmetics, and lots of other things. Has a drive thru for prescriptions.

We always have trouble with our medication, getting it when we need it, or a mixup with something. Our son moved to another pharmacy and hasn't had any problems, so we're getting ready to move also. Walgreens used to be good, don't know what happened!

Love Walgreens. But while waiting in the drive through this morning, I noticed a couple things. It could use a little TLC. Pressure washing and a roof repair.

Always friendly staff at the counters and throughout the store. Love the variety of items for purchase and the prices are reasonable. Only good things to say about my shopping experience here! ❤

One can only speculate as to why their drive thru goes at a pace so slow that it boggles the mind. Getting 4 cars through the line sometimes takes over 30 minutes. And to add insult to injury, you get up to the window and the employees treat you like you’re somehow inconveniencing them by being there to pick up your prescription. And this isn’t just a one time thing. It’s like that every time I go.

Tried to get vaccines via on line appointment here twice. The first appointment they did not have the vaccine, no call no text. Two hours wasted. The second appointment, the vaccines were frozen and was told I would have to wait. was assured my place in line would be saved. When I came back, there were ten people in front of me who had later appointments than me. Staff did nothing Another three hours wasted. Would give it zero if I could.

I was called by a technician and told there was an issue with my sons insurance so I call the insurance company only for them to say everything was fine. I call back to the pharmacy for the technician to say it must've been a glitch in the system. I go up there to get his meds after sitting in line for 30 minutes only for her to say it's not ready yet. So I go home pick up my kids and go back at 5 o'clock. I sit in line for AN HOUR only to be told it's not done yet. At this point it's been 4.5 hours since it was sent in. I told her I wasn't leaving the line until I got my sons medication. By now it's 5 after 6 and she snottily says "well you'll be sitting here for a while bc we're closed". Meanwhile there's a line all the way to 89 behind me. This is completely unprofessional and pathetic. I'm switching to Gates pharmacy tomorrow for me and my children bc nobody wants to work all day then sit in line all evening just to get some meds. It needs to be open 24/7!
