Took too long to get to talk to an agent then had to wait 10 more minutes. They need to give the post office you want to call a direct line instead of a recording that ask 10,000 questions and is still no help.

Terrible customer service. If you file a complaint, get ready to be barked at by whomever has taken it over. They would rather play the blame game than to fix an issue.

Our mil l carrier sometimes doesn't come by till after dark.Now I can't understand how it can possibly take that long to deliver the mail.This is ridiculous.

This is the worst post office. Apparently, they deliver your mail when they feel like it and if they don't want to one day you just don't get your mail.

Typical Post Office. Very Friendly. Good Customer service. A great variety of Stamps (rolls, books, sheets), Free Shipping Supplies and Premium Shipping Supplies, Cards, and Envelopes. Easily accessible with plenty of parking when not extremely busy times. P. O. boxes to rent. Very helpful staff just ask and they will help with any shipping needs. Great service.

The staff is good, never a problem. The problem is, as a customer who has a po box, they doubled the prices without warning. The bill I got was for 38 dollars, now they're charging over 70 for the same amount of time. It is ridiculous and will do nothing but drive people away from the post office. I've had this box for over 10 and a half years.
