Only giving 1 star to post the review. The bill was a lot more than the quote. Was paying for free phones (t-mobile were supposed to cover the payment). Always get a quote in writing. They wouldn't do anything to change the plan or the phones.

Had an experience with two employees, Carrie who mocked me for not understanding what "upgrade" entailed, and called me babes in a condescending tone. She walked up to another employee and said something along the lines of "it took us three minutes to get there" in reference to me explaing what I was there for, and said my girlfriend was laughing at me. Felt extremely rude and uncalled for.I then had to go through with purchasing my new phone with another employee, Amber, who explained very little and tried to shame me into buying insurance and a screen protector (which I understand is her job, but it wasn't polite at all), and then seemed annoyed that I thought the prices were outrageous... and the prices are outrageous.The entire experience felt like I was being talked down to and belittled, and my girlfriend felt the same. I'm not usually a Karen, but the atmosphere here is unwelcoming and I feel extremely bad for older, less knowledgeable folk if they have to interact with the above two people in the same manner as I experienced.

Switched to post paid today get off prepaid and the old line was never canceled. Was charged for 11 months for a line not in use. t mobile refuses to refund me and from the start of trying to get a refund was told repeatedly not to call back they would call me. Not only is some of the staff in the store rude but the customer service is shady, unprofessional and scammish.

I recommend the service but I DO NOT recommend the store, they are rude and disrespectful. My husband and I went in to get him a new phone and the lady helping us kept giving off smart remarks and not wanting to be of any help. I’ll take my business to a different location.

He spent a LOT of time with me answering MANY questions. Decided to get a phone with a temporary number (planning on switching from V) but wanted to see what the service was like in Patrick County Va. Turns out service is slightly better than V but still has signal loss in the normal areas. On the road up to PA and service is equivalent to V. So, with a $40 per month savings plus 5G not 4G, I will be porting numbers and moving 3 lines .

Just left and was going to buy a new phone but Michael was in a hurry and didn't want to help me so I left. After I asked about the phone I was going to buy, he say if you are done I need to help others. I was not done and I'm guessing he didn't need any sales.

Got good service and a new phone and watch. The only thing is the girl messed up my contract which, was corrected by customer service. Overall, I would send customers here.

The store ... Spotless! Immaculate!The personnel ... well that's another story."Jamal" as his name tag said ... Who's name was actually (whispers into the phone) Steven , was the typical millennial.Called the T-Mobile customer service number and was told I had to go into an Actual store to "verify my identity... (Funny , they didn't "need any verification when they took my money online) for a home internet return.Ol' Jamal said, "we don't do that here" ... ? Oh ok ...Said I would have to call the customer service number for that ... as he pitched my paperwork back at me.Well , Steven called with his little phone there and ... ?... Wow! They do INDEED do that there ...Thanks Jamal. You and I both learned something.Jamal learned that he CAN call Customer service ...And I learned that I Actually DO hate TMobile in-store experience.Learning for Everyone.

Shoutout to Emily and Carrie at the T-Mobile store in Mount Airy North Carolina for helping me and my brother and staying and fixing our problems and not giving up until it was fixed! They were excellent to work with highly recommend them for help!

Me and my girl friend use this place for our phones and accessories but the customer service at the store is horrible. Asking questions about products is like pulling teeth but once I say I’d like this or that, immediately I’m welcomed to present my card and afterwards ignored if I ask about installing screen covers. This store probably won’t be here long with personnel like this.

They were very helpful. It was a christmas gift to get my son a new phone. Although I do my business with boost mobile for the rest of my family. boost is cheaper for three lines then one line at t-mobile. A contract is necessary for t-mobile. I am not a fan of that. That being said the only reason I came here was because they closed the mount airy boost mobile. I woukd have to drive to Winston. Which is an hour drive. T-mobile does have free phones with a contract. If they have good service I may switch. But I am not sure yet. I am still a boost fan. They are not bad but I have a cheaper plan with boost. We shall see.

Busy so expect a wait time. Staff cordial. Didn't have what we need for our Samsung Galaxies. Oh well. Have a phone for a year and it is outdated

Our experience with Crystal was amazing. Trying to keep our old numbers prove to be a challenge for her but she excelled in her job while helping us, she answered the phone, and welcomed other individuals to the store all the while make our experience even less stressful. Amazing. Great customer service, great personality. THANKS AGAIN and we will definitely recommend T-Mobile.

Everytime I go into this store the customer service is terrible. I added a new line on an old phone. I had been waiting for close to two weeks for a new Sim card. I had already paid $35 to activate the line and everything online. When I called to check on the missing Sim card they advised me to go to my local store so I did. I proceeded to the store went in and met Gloria. I explained the situation who proceeded to tell me it was $10 for a Sim card activation. I explained I had already paid the $35. She said that was impossible they don't charge online. After several back and forths I proceeded to show my receipt. Then she wanted to try and tell me the fee I paid was possibly for a new phone. I showed it was for activation. After this she proceeded to give me a new activation card. She refused to put It in the phone. It was very unprofessional behavior and very embarrassing. I won't return this branch again.
