Brandon was so helpful and patient with my million questions about the RV port we wanted. We are very please with how it turned out, the installers were great, cleaned up thier mess, and our new RV is now tucked away perfectly for the winter. Definitely recommend this company for any metal building you are looking to have installed.

Great experience with Cardinal Carports. Our rep Brandon was so patient to revise and refine our design. He was thoughtful, and noticed the double door design we chose had a post in between the doors, and knew that was not desired. He gave great advice how to overcome that obstacle. The installers were friendly and hard working. The building went up n a flash and looks GREAT! Thank you!

I spent many nights searching the Internet for the shed that best fit my needs. Being a homebuilder and the owner of a construction company I was hesitant to hire an unknown company to do my work. Once I spoke with Jason Felts, he put my mind at ease. The quote was sent the following day. I did an E sign and a small down payment. My building showed up three weeks later and was installed in less than a day. Cannot say enough about the interactions I had with this company. Thanks, Jason.

I ordered a 30 x 30 building with custom bay doors on the front from Cardinal Carports. Brandon was my customer service/sales person for the entire process. I made his life difficult and he made my life very easy. The quality of the building is excellent the installation was excellent, very happy with my choice. I have recommended this company to all of my friends. Thank you again Brandon for going above and beyond that is customer service you don’t see nowadays.

I ordered my carport back in Oct. or November, lady said if weather is good we can put it up by December and guess what here it is June and I’m still waiting on my carport to be delivered and installed.

Jason and the team at Cardinal were very professional, answered all my questions and delivered when they said they would. The only improvement could be on the days leading to the structure being erected it was difficult to confirm if and at what time they would arrive the last 2-3 days prior to scheduled build. Understanding weather is a factor trying to schedule is a challenge. I had to travel from out of state and traveling for work I needed to know and confirm each of the 2-3 days prior to the build and was difficult to get clear information if we we proceeding or not. The team did show up on the day planned and worked Very Hard in muddy conditions to complete the job. All in all great job but daily communication in the 2-3 days leading to start date would be an improvement.

Like most budget-conscience turnkey projects, staying on top of the process is key to meeting expectations. Storage Systems Solutions (dba Cardinal Carports) did an ok job overall (C-), from order taking to communication to final build. Each step required extra effort to keep my project on course or to prevent errors. During the build, the crew didn't have particular anchors and wanted to charge extra. They were also a panel short, but said they could remedy it. I later discovered their patch job. I'll also need to seal the metal base to the concrete slab to prevent water blowing in during heavy storms. Overall: 3-star.

This is a great company to work with...my salesman, Jason, was very helpful and responsive. The others that helped me also respected the customer-salesman interactions without trying to steal or compete for commission. Overall easy process and I am completely happy with my garage. One thing that I believe they can improve is offering a sealant between the concrete and building to enable better water protection. Not a bad thing just something that is a cheap ($30) extra to "finish" a project like this. Still amazing products and support!

I was very sceptical at first because the quote I got from Jason F**** and Cardinal Carports was so low. Jason was so polite and helpful to do business with. He and Cardinal bent over backwards getting me information I needed to get the permit that I had to have. The whole experience went very well.

We could not happier with our barn and the customer service we received from Brandon. The building is very well designed and built from quality material. We loved the ability to customize the building to fit our needs. Brandon was awesome helping us not only with the purchase but even after with some questions we had. Great product for a great price. The installers were actually a bit early and they put up our 20 x 20 carport in about 45 minutes. Definitely recommend these folks ?

Brandon took such good care of me when I was deciding on a building. I was battling cancer at the time so it was hard to get back to him in a timely fashion, but he was always patient and never pushed me to hurry and make a decision. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
