The price was way to high for oil change and tire rotation even with a coupon at 20 dollars off . They didn't clean my battery ? .My husband specially asked them to clean battery.It is nissan battery bought in 21 and there is already corrosion on the battery

We had not intended to purchase a car but our son got rear ended so off to the dealership we had to go. This was not our first stop. We actually went to another dealership in Greensboro and had a very unpleasant experience. It wasn't about negotiating on the car it was about the other dealership, making us feel like they really didn't care about us or care that we were there. So we left frustrated and drove 40 miles to Mount Airy to this dealership to look at this car. I wasn't in the best of moods, so it was an uphill battle for this Dealership from the start. I have to say the sales person that met us was one of the most pleasant car sales people I have ever dealt with. Very down to earth very attentive, very personable. When we arrived, he came out to greet us and we were given ample time to look at the vehicle, walk around it and check everything in it without any pressure. We took a test drive and he was attentive during the test drive, and wasn't on his phone or texting like the other salesman from earlier in the morning. Dealing with him during negotiations, as well as the general manager, and the finance person were again, easy, smooth, pleasant, and no pressure. I began to wonder if I was actually in a car dealership. Lol. Here's where they've earned our business. They were having the car cleaned and gassed up before we picked it up and the gentleman unfortunately ran over a screw. Flat tire! It was late on a Saturday and there was no one to patch the tire so we were going to have to drive home and back 40 miles each way to pick up the car. They actually had the car delivered to us two days later when the tire could get patched due to the holiday weekend and we did not have to go back and pick up the car. That to me is customer service and turned what could've been a really bad ending to this deal and turned it into an extraordinarily well done customer service moment. I do believe as my husband and I have to look for another car anytime in the near future, we are going to give these folks the first opportunity at our business, even though they are not the closest dealership because we truly had one of the best experiences in a car dealership we've ever had in our 31 years of marriage. Coming from me that really says some thing because honestly, I would rather get a colonoscopy then buy a car. L O L. Funny but kind of almost true. Thank you Simmons Nissan.

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder from Simmons and I’ve just completed the free 100,000 oil change. Overall my experience with Simmons has been pleasant. Customer service has always been top notch. The only issues I have with this dealership is the waiting area for customers and the three hour wait time to complete an oil change. My family and I have purchased two Nissan vehicles from this dealership and in that time the service department waiting area has been moved to an incredibly small temporary trailer. In the time this trailer has been in place I’ve come to literally dread taking my car to be serviced. Towards the end of my 100,000 mile oil change I eventually began dropping my car off so that I didn’t have to wait in the smelly and small trailer. On top of that, I would have to wait three whole hours for a simple oil change and this is with an appointment time. I have two small children and we’d walk around the car lot because I knew they wouldn’t be able to wait the three hours inside the cramped trailer. Other than that, I did enjoy using Simmons for my oil changes, before the trailer. I’m most likely taking my Pathfinder somewhere else due to these issues. I’m giving them 4 stars for excellent customer service.

Took in for transmission diagnosis. Been 2 days and no one will even answer the phone nor did anyone say they needed to keep my car nor called to tell me.No answers on anything.I will never go back. Only to get my car and take it somewhere else. Worst service dept customer service ever.

The service department is always on top of things, knowledgeable, and ready to help in any way. The service manager that day, Anthony Sexton, is always the greatest. He makes sure your service is done in a timely manner. Thanks Simmons Nissan, you are all so awesome.

Horrible service. My wife was trying to get an appraisal on her car and the GM treated her like she was way below him. No help and no good service. Do not go to this dealership.

Went by Simmons to get a tire patched while I was visiting my parents an hour away from where I live now. Service was quick and prompt, they also noticed an issue with a sensor that was covered by my warranty that they went ahead and ordered the part to take care of. Would definitely return!

I took my truck to get my Cv axles changed and those guys were amazing. Everyone from service to the repair shop was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you need any car service done! Thank you all!

UPDATE:I just logged a complaint with the NC DOJ, as Simmons is inspecting their own vehicles and passing faulty ones. I am pleased we took photos of this for proof.I see your reply, so you're saying that because we wanted the Rogue that night, because not available the next day, allowed for 4 bald tires?1)The last I heard from them was that they were looking for a runner to deliver the vehicle.2) We didn't need an NC inspection as we live in Virginia.3.) You all said no way were you going to change out the tires, that's why we left the deal.NC state law to pass inspection is 2/32 tread on tires. They did not meet that.Simmons Nissan just tried to sell us a car with 4 bald tires. A 2021 blue Nissan Rogue. The acting general manager, Whom I told him it wouldn't pass VA inspection. He said it passed NC inspection. When I asked who did the inspection, he claimed it was them that did it. We backed out of the deal. We have bought multiple vehicles at this dealership, and we are shocked. They would have pulled a fast one on us had we not checked. We are literally jaw dropped as we have been loyal Nissan buyers for 17+ years. We had already bought 3 vehicles from that dealership.

I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my new Altima with Simmons Nissan! Craig Smith was such a HUGE help and took great care of me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the stress off of me completely. Craig will forever be my "go-to" from now on!
