After calling a couple of places that did not have units, I called Valley Storage on Hickory St in Mount Airy. The representative on the phone was very professional and pleasant and let me know they had units available. She also said that she would get us a couple of options to look at. When we arrived she explained everything in detail.
We were moving my wife's sister's belongings from her house that had recently passed. She was sympathy and made a very difficult process a lot easier. We would definitely recommend Valley Storage. Your employees are a huge asset.

Move in was a breeze. Facility was clean, well lit, and very easy to access the unit! Staff was incredibly kind and very helpful.

We found Valley Storage by driving around and seeing the units from the road. It was a Saturday and we took a chance to see if they were open. Lucky for us they were. You couldn't ask for more. They had the perfect size unit for my needs and they took the time to personally show it to me. Every action they took was with me, the customer, in mind. A lot of places could learn from them. Don't waste your time go to Valley Storage first.

I needed a storage unit and a trailer slot. I am not from the area , but had an accident while traveling. They took great care of me, helping me getting a storage unit and having a slot for my trailer, while waiting on the insurance company. The lady in the office was awesome and super helpful and made my bad day so much better by being friendly and helpful.

Easy acess to Valley with its large selection of storage options. The well maintained clean facility has good roads and security is the first strong impression. Terri and Tammy took all the guesswork out of this the final stage of moving a home into a storage unit!
