“After calling a couple of places that did not have units, I called Valley Storage on Hickory St in Mount Airy. The representative on the phone was very professional and pleasant and let me know they had units available. She also said that she would get us a couple of options to look at. When we arrived she explained everything in detail.
We were moving my wife's sister's belongings from her house that had recently passed. She was sympathy and made a very difficult process a lot easier. We would definitely recommend Valley Storage. Your employees are a huge asset.”
