The staff was very nice. Was very pleased with the service. They asked what I was looking for filled out some paperwork. It took about 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door till I was loading my new zero turn. Bye the way love the zero turn. Came home put gas in it and mowed the yard I'm very pleased with the mower. Would highly recommend Schewels. A high 5 for the whole staff. Thank you

Everything was OK but I didn't have sale applied to my purchase at first(there was a $100.00 off from each $1000.00 of purchase), had to come back to the store and store manager fixed it. Had mattress $149.99 warranty added, don't remember asking for it. Also, in order to haul away old mattress , they cannot have any stains. nobody told me that at the time of the purchase. And, lastly, would be nice to have better sale. We shop in that sore for nearly 10 years, spent close to $15,000.00 there at least, if not more and we remember much better sales, like 50% off with the purchase of $1000.00. $100.00 off of the $1000.00 is not very impressive.

Was greeted at the front door and asked if I needed any help which was deeply appreciated. Was there for one thing a mattress and the ladies at the store totally took care of me. Very friendly and kind . Thank you all for a great experience.
