Well. Service department sucks & they leave stuff off you vehicles. Pass the buck & back nothing up. what a piss poor place !! Piss me off even looking at this dealership. Lemon laws will be checked out next. The people lie about everything.

Ricky Brandon is the guy to see when you go here. He is very profession and went above and beyond to help me out. This dealership is family owned and you can tell as soon as you walk in, no high pressure sales or up-sales. BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD AT A DEALERSHIP!!!

I had a leaking water pump. Many thanks to Neal, Elliott, and Leigh Anne for making this a smooth process. They ordered the parts needed and fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. This is a great place to go if you’re ever in need of repairs. They are trustworthy and do their best to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

No one likes to have a transmission failure on the way to a vacation. The service department at Scenic Motors (Kevin and Vernon) helped us navigate through this with Ford Customer Care. We ended up with a rental car for a few weeks while their transmission expert, Paul, repaired the transmission planetary gear based on Ford's Technical Service Bulletin. I drove my Transit Connect through the mountains to my home in Michigan and the transmission shifted very solidly. It was like new! Thank you Paul, Vernon and Kevin.(picture of the failed planetary gear)

Bought 4 vehicles from Scenic group in the past, great experiences each and every time. Currently trying to buy a new truck and can’t even get phone calls returned to determine what’s in stock. Not what I have experienced in the past and very disappointing.

I recently purchased a truck at Scenic Motors. Let me say that it was a very pleasant experience. The sales staff was very professional and eager to work with me. They gave more for my truck than I wanted without me saying how much I needed for my truck. So yes I will do business here again.

I have purchased my vehicle and maintained the maintenance at this location! I must say the purchase experience was very VERY smooth and quick (honestly the quickest and smoothest I’ve ever had to deal with). Although I didn’t get exactly what I wanted (deal wise…I mean who ever really truly does at a car dealership??) the overall experience was the smoothest and FASTEST I have ever experienced.The service however is UNBEATABLE!!!!!! Always SOOOO FRIENDLY!!!! Especially Leigh Anne and Tanner!!!! They are ALWAYS on point to answer the phone and literally (I feel like…wait on me like royalty lol ? taking care of my every single need ASAP and getting me appointments ASAP)!I must say the ladies at checkout are always the sweetest as well!AND last but certainly not least!!!! Yesterday I had a service appointment with all three of my littles, when salesman Jonny Solomon (whom I’ve never met) walked by the waiting room and saw my babies….he then so KINDLY offered and took all 3 of my babies and GAVE them brand new hot wheel cars! You should have seen the look on their face! You would have thought it was Christmas!Thank you Scenic for your wonderful customer service especially your service department! Thank you for ALWAYS going above and beyond!!

I had bought a used 2021 Ford Explorer with only approximately 12,000 and have had nothing but problems out it from day one, even when i test drove it I had mentioned to the sales man it felt like the transmission was slipping he assured me that it wasn't and if I had issues with it they would fix it, 4 trips later and the vehicle is still in the shop that I'm paying nearly 700 bucks a month on still not fixed not to mention after looking at the service history of the vehicle the previous owner had the same issues, I contacted the dealership and even Ford Motor Company, when I contact the owner of the dealership i get his voicemail and get a call from the service manager but yet the vehicle hasn't been fixed, Ford Motor company said they won't do a buyback because it don't fall under the NC Lemon Law which I don't see why because the previous owners had the same issue.

If you’re looking for a new vehicle go and see Jacob. Jacob searched for several weeks till finally finding exactly what I was looking for. There is no pressure at this dealership and they just want you to be happy in your purchase. My entire experience with the sales department was great. They all had a sense of humor and made the process enjoyable. I’ve been servicing my truck here for awhile and haven’t had any issues and has become the only dealership I trust touching my truck (truck gets serviced regularly due to high driving). I have had a several issues at surrounding Fords. That stated and with their lifetime power train warranty made buying my next truck here a given.

They were nice but when my boyfriend told him exactly what he wanted the man showed him a brand new Toyota with only 3,000 miles on it. Even let us test drive it like we could possibly get it. When we came back he finished the paper work and informed us we couldn't afford it. Definitely recommend the chevrolet place over this!

Very good Ford dealer. Dealing with the sales professionals at Scenic was informative and educational. I traveled from WV to trade with Scenic and the deal was satisfactory. There was an inner office person who reached out to me after the deal to find out about my transaction so they could better understand how to work with their customers.From Jillian, Robert, the F&I department to the inner office staff, very friendly and all you need when you go there is to treat them with the same respect you get back.My trade in was paid off with the finance company very quickly and my in-state registration was completed within a week. Very very quick for a dealer.The used car manager even explained how he came to the pricing for my KIA and I left with my Maverick within 30 minutes of getting there allowing me to get home to go to work. Even after the salesman taking his time to ensure I understood the controls of my vehicle and hooking up my phone to the new car.Recommend them even if you have to travel.Bonus with this dealer they give you a lifetime powertrain warranty that mirrors the Ford warranty.
